Registrations for specific products

Distribution of Portfolio Management Services, Alternative Investment Funds and bonds requires specific registrations and empanelments (for example, APMI registration for PMS distribution and empanelment with the relevant portfolio managers, AIF managers and online bond platforms). WealthBay distributes these products only where the required registrations and empanelments are in place; details are available on request.

Nature of our services

WealthBay is a distributor. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst or stock broker. Where we discuss suitability, it is in the course of distribution. Products are offered by their respective providers on their own terms.

Product-provider relationships

• Life insurance: Axis Max Life Insurance, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, HDFC Life Insurance, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, Tata AIA Life Insurance.
• Health insurance: Niva Bupa, Care Health, Tata AIG, ManipalCigna, Star Health, HDFC ERGO, ICICI Lombard, Cholamandalam MS, SBI General.
• General insurance: Bajaj Allianz General, Future Generali India, Go Digit, HDFC ERGO, ICICI Lombard, Reliance General, Kotak Mahindra General, SBI General, United India Insurance, The Oriental Insurance Company.
• Mutual funds: schemes of all major asset management companies, subject to availability and distribution arrangements.
• Other products: PMS, AIFs, IPOs, REITs & InvITs, bonds, NCDs and market linked debentures (including Edelweiss / Nuvama group issues) are offered through their respective portfolio managers, fund managers, issuers and platforms when available.

Remuneration

WealthBay acts as a distributor and earns commissions. As a distributor, WealthBay may receive commission (upfront and/or trail) from asset management companies, insurers and issuers for products distributed. Mutual fund investments made through us are in the regular plan of a scheme, which carries a higher expense ratio than the direct plan. Details of commission for any product are available on request.

Conflicts of interest

Commission rates differ between products and providers. We aim to recommend on the basis of suitability, and we will disclose the commission receivable on any product you ask about.
