Please read all scheme and offer documents, and consider your goals, horizon and risk tolerance, before investing.

Mutual funds
Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. Each scheme carries a SEBI riskometer level from Low to Very High.
Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
PMS is not a SEBI-guaranteed product. Returns are not assured. Portfolios can be concentrated and volatile, fees may include performance-linked components, and the minimum investment is high. Read the Disclosure Document before investing.
IPOs
Applying to an IPO involves risk. Read the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) before investing. Allotment is not guaranteed, and shares may list below the issue price.
Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)
AIFs are illiquid and unsuitable for all investors. They typically have long lock-ins, high minimum investments and complex strategies. Read the Private Placement Memorandum carefully.
REITs and InvITs
Unit prices fluctuate. Distributions are not guaranteed and depend on the underlying assets' cash flows, occupancy, tariffs and leverage.
Bonds
Bond yields are indicative and change with market conditions. Credit ratings can be revised. Perpetual / AT1 bonds can have coupons skipped or principal written down under the terms of issue; high-yield bonds carry a higher risk of default.
Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs)
NCDs carry credit and liquidity risk. Unsecured NCDs rank behind secured creditors. NCDs are not covered by deposit insurance. Read the Prospectus before applying.
Market Linked Debentures (MLDs)
Returns are linked to market performance and are not guaranteed. Capital protection applies only at maturity and subject to issuer solvency; non-principal-protected structures can lose capital. Illustrations are not forecasts. MLDs may be illiquid before maturity.
Insurance
Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Market-linked insurance plans (ULIPs) carry investment risk borne by the policyholder. Claims are decided by the insurer under the policy terms.
